I am in full agreement with it. This is the legal documentation that I have seen from the Colorado Judicial Branch. My question, though, is why is the Judicial Branch allowing people to illegally take the picture of people, without the permission of the person in question? I see no purpose for that kind of activity. We are supposed to be free to express ourselves through photography. Why do the police need to be involved at all with this? Is there any real reason for law enforcement to give such authority? Is there any reason for this? Is this a form that will be used over and over again? I have been a photographer for a long time.
